Transformative Leadership for Change and Chinook F Transformative Leadership for Change and Chinook Fund recognize that the labor of loving, caring for, and healing relationships is often unseen, unacknowledged, and under-resourced in the social justice movement ecosystem.

The vision for our Right Relationship grants is to honor the time, tools, training, and resources it takes to build transformational relationships.

We want to invest in how organizations:
🌱restore, and heal relationships
🌱learn how to move through conflict in a way that deepens trust
🌱practice restorative ways to address harm

Funding is open to qualified orgs affiliated with Chinook Fund and/or Transformative Leadership for Change. Apply by June 7th in order to receive funds for our first round of funding. Applications will be reviewed monthly on a rolling basis.

Earlier this year, the @cohealthfdn awarded TLC a Earlier this year, the @cohealthfdn awarded TLC a $1 million grant to invest in the long-term sustainability of our organization. TLC is in gratitude for this recognition of our work. We are greatly encouraged to see Colorado’s largest foundation make this level of investment to build the long-term sustainability of 15 local nonprofits led by and serving communities of color. In the spirit of reparations, we believe that this level of investment (and greater) is due to many more BIPOC orgs in our ecosystem. We are committed to reclaiming the wealth that was made from the exploitation of our communities - and using it to heal the harm that racial injustice and trauma have caused our people.

As we work towards this, join us in congratulating these 5 other TLC affiliated organizations who received the investment award through the TCHF Equity Collective Initiative.
